Who are we?

"CIPA" is an indoor performing arts circuit serving winter guard, indoor percussion, and winds performers in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. "CIPA" stands for "Connecting Individuals through Performing Arts," which is what we strive to accomplish.
